The engagement

Twelve sessions across six months gives the work room to land. The structure has two layers: four phases that shape the trajectory, and three pattern assessments that anchor it to measurable change. Cadence is fortnightly. What happens inside each session flexes to what you're navigating.

Before you begin

Application & enrolment

A short structured application — what you're looking for, what you understand the engagement to be, and any context Werner should know. Werner reviews every application personally and responds within two business days. If coaching is the right frame for what you're navigating, you'll receive offer details and a link to book your first session. If it isn't, Werner will say so directly and point you toward what would help more. Enrolment begins with a baseline pattern assessment using validated instruments from the clinical literature.

Phase one

Orient

Pattern walkthrough using your baseline assessment. Three priority areas agreed. Early work begins.

Phase two

Foundations

Pattern-level work on each priority. Tools and frames introduced as needed, not on a schedule.

Phase three

Application

Priorities tested under live pressure. Real decisions, real demands, real integration work. Mid-point pattern re-assessment provides an honest read on what's shifting and what isn't.

Phase four

Integration

Final pattern assessment. Articulation of your signature pattern — the personal map you take forward. Honest close-out: new package, ad-hoc continuation, graduation, or alternative pathway, whichever is right.
